Apply for a Marriage License
The Richland County Clerk’s office is open Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. To ensure that there is a staff member authorized to issue marriage licenses available, an appointment is required, and appointments are scheduled between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM.
