Richland County Showmanship Contest
43rd Annual Little Britches Showmanship Contest

Richland County Fair Show Barn
Little Britches is a show of young exhibitors with small animals. Eligible animals include dairy calves, goats, lambs, rabbits, and poultry.
Animals must be born on or after March 1, 2024 and must be shown using a lead line.
Animals brought onto the fairgrounds Sunday must have a Vet Check-In Sheet. Animals must also meet all animal health requirements listed in the Richland County Fair premium book.
Eligibility
- Youth ages 3 through 8, or 2nd grade as of January 1, 2024.
- Participants must not be eligible for regular 4-H membership.
- Register by calling the Extension Richland County Office at 608-647-6148 by August 30.
