The Richland County Clerk’s office is open Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. To ensure that there is a staff member authorized to issue marriage licenses available, an appointment is strongly encouraged. Please call the County Clerk’s office at 608-647-2197 for assistance. Please allow a ½ an hour of time to apply.
