Introduction
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide services as described in this document.
Project Overview
The Sheriff’s Office is undertaking electrical improvements as part of a remodel to modernize the dispatch center, improve safety and organization of wiring, and upgrade lighting for operational efficiency; work includes adding and relocating electrical circuits, location and removal of abandoned wiring, and replacement of existing ceiling lighting with a new dimmable lighting system. The project scope is time-sensitive and is somewhat unpredictable in the amount of work for cleanup and removal of abandoned wiring as it is located in the floor. The dispatch center will not be occupied during construction; however, the work must be completed in a timely manner to allow dispatch operations to return to normal service as quickly as possible.
In person viewing of the project site prior to submission of a proposal is required.
